December 6, 2018So I've been blessed with the opportunity for stability because of this place pregnant at 7 months with absolutely just feeling abandoned and I was able to have my child there and still lived there for 2 years completed classes and still this place has brought my best friends in my life who still are in my life it's been 18 years time does fly..Review from Apartments.com
Wonderful Affordable Single Unit!
November 12, 2017Women have the opportunity to get their lives together in a safe place. Follow the rules, pay rent on time, stay out of others business, take required courses, get a job, work your plan...time will fly by and you will be in a nicer place that's yours. Thank God you aren't in a tent or on the streets! LaPosada served it's purpose for me. I'm forever grateful for the years I was there. No place is perfect, and a nice inexpensive room with a bath, shower, and toilet is better than the street! ...You can make your unit beautiful as I did. I passed every inspection and I loved coming home. Parking wasn't good but you can't beat that rent price ANYWHERE! Enjoy it while you're there!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
