Do not recommend. Don't think maintenance will fix your issues within the apartment. I got moved in with no work being done. I couldn't even shower it was so bad. There was also no cleaning. I had to do everything myself. They can't keep a landlord either. I'm not impressed. It should be better considering what I'm paying every month. There is also no pest service either. They have yet to take care of all the mold underneath the carpet. I done took care of the mold in the bathroom and in the ...

Nice neighborhood. Friendly people. Great schools. Place is kept up by Manager and Maintence man who live on the property. All and all pretty nice place to live for the money.
