Going downhill
February 5, 2023I have lived here since ~July 2019. While the management and apartment used to be nice things went downhill starting 2021. Some anecdotes about my experience: 1. My unit’s toilet had issues with ghost flushing and making hissing noises. It took the maintenance team 4 visits over 2 months to actually fix the is 2. The key fob system to control which floors can be access is busted. Members who go to the yoga studio or smoothie place on the ground floor part on the P1 level. However it is possible ...to access any floor from p1. This combined with the fact the the garage door is frequently broken means that anyone can access any floor, and so these units are not secure. Packages have also been stolen 3. Elevators are frequently broken, and fixes take months. 4. When I moved in I was given an emergency number I could reach. I recently had such a case where some one else had parked in my parking spot and I needed management to contact the towing company to take that car away. However that emergency number was fake. 5. From the last 2 months I have put in several maintenance requests, however haven’t heard back. My microwave vent filter needs replacement and leaks gunk, the dishwasher has water pooled at the back and doesn’t seem to drain properly. The carpet had some sharp things poking out of the edge near the kitchenProperty Manager Responded

July 20, 2015Great community! New modern look for lower Queen Anne. Great prices and walkable to grocery store, bars and restaurants! Great views from rooftop deck that comes with a community BBQ! 24 hour fitness gym at ground floor as well as a private gated parking garage for the building! Hard to find an apartment like this in the city of Seattle with all these amenities at a great low price!Property Manager Responded
