Unprofessional and money hungry
November 9, 2022You are ultimate important to the complex until you sign your lease and move in. After that they have locked you in for 12 months and don’t care if you were taking care of her or not more than half of the complex is missing their leases, there’s so much violence that occurs here, such as cars being broken into, and people shooting guns at each other. It is not kid, friendly management doesn’t care about your issues and tries to avoid fixing any work order. Management ignores you, won’t pick up ...the phone, won’t take care of anyone’s work orders, and overcharge for such a crappy apartment complex be aware, and please don’t waste your time moving here.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

April 16, 2022Great property manager, maintenance team, and nice apartments.This is a place with families that have children and animals live.Issues that get reported are dealt with the proper way.Great area with a lot businesses within walking distance and public transportation available. Negligent of Mold/Mildew Infestation
December 30, 2019I had a mold/mildew infestation for 7 out of the 12 months I lived there and they got the surfaces cleaned just once, but didn't bother fixing the dampness and humidity in the apartment so the mold kept growing. After months of me demanding they do something, they refused to show me any of the results of the testing, laughed at me when I told them what I needed from them, but claimed that the mold was not toxic and didn't kill me therefore they aren't liable for any damages, inconveniences or ...cleaning fees etc. even though I can't clean everything the mold got into, have had to throw things away, have damaged things trying to clean them etc. There was enough humidity to crack a granite and wood cutting board, literally all my belongings were covered in mold/mildew. I had to move to another apartment because of this. They refuse to do anything about it and seem to care even less when a woman complains vs a man. They even threw a dresser away that I left for them to test the mold spores on and refuse to reimburse me for trashing it despite my being diplomatic and professional.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Poorly ran. BEWARE
February 23, 2017I can't wait for my lease to be up so I can get out of this place. So much noise from the neighbors and they clearly don't care. However, the ones that care least of all are the people who run this place. There is often garbage lying in the driveways/roads throughout and it's there for days. August 23, 2015Great location. Close to anything you need and only minutes from downtown St. Louis. Seems like a steep price at first, but is competitive when you look at other rents in the area.
