there is a significant delay in maintenance response times. I submitted a maintenance request for the washing machine on July 3rd. A week later, upon inquiring about the status, I was informed by a representative that the request had not been processed by the company. The earliest available appointment was July 17th. The representative apologized for the inconvenience and mentioned she would inquire about a potential credit. To date, I have not received any follow-up regarding this matter. My ...
subsequent calls and emails have also gone unanswered. I strongly advise against leasing an apartment in this complex.

Please know that our washer and dryer rentals are provided and serviced by a third-party company. Because the equipment is owned and maintained by that company, our maintenance technicians are not permitted to perform repairs. When an issue is reported, we contact the vendor immediately; however, we unfortunately have no control over their scheduling or response time. To help offset the inconvenience, we have credited your account for the days your washing machine was unavailable. Love the wild life, big space to live in, and community. But my ac does break every summer and my appliances break and maintenance doesn’t really help

The look of the apartment is very pretty. The maintenance folks are really helpful. But the cost to amenities ratio is horrible. The pool is barely functional. The gym stinks all the time. The society has no street lights to at night it seems pretty unsafe to walk.
