I just rented the place. The staff is very knowledgeable and cooperative. The unit has an upgraded kitchen with stainless appliances which fits my needs. I would definitely recommend this place.

First floor has constant sewage back up into tub and shower with apartment flooding. Also major problems with toilets working, kitchen sink back up and water coming from under washer. The apartment itself is great but major constant plumbing problems.
