Rude manager

Office manager is very rude to the tenants and is never in the office when you need something. If she is in the office, the close sign is on the door. Repairs are never fixed on time. When you have a complaint about something going on around you, she tells you to call the non emergency police number and make a complaint and then she can do something. Not true. Never lets you know when there is a problem on the property, for instance, with the plumbing and that the water will be off and for how ...

long. You have to find out when you go to use the water. Don't recommend these at all. Ducks are a problem, pooping everywhere.

Older buildings but clean. Some are updated. Needs are responded to quickly. Manager and maintenance are tentative and friendly. Quieter than what people say.
