My mother was a resident of this apartment complex. It is a very poorly managed facility. They don’t answer their phone and if you leave a message, it is not returned. When I first checked out the place I was told that the roads were going to be redone and that never happened. The roads are in very poor condition with huge chuck holes everywhere. If you value your car, this is NOT your place. The apartment my mother had was very old. The carpet looked like a cheap grade of indoor/outdoor. ...
The kitchen was very dated and the appliances were 20+ years. Ants were a big problem. I had to buy supplies myself to rectify the situation after their exterminator came twice and didn’t take care of it. The thing that really got me in the end was they kept $240 of my mother’s deposit to shampoo the carpet due to stains and float and texture nail patches. I left this apartment in better condition than it was when she first moved in. There were no visible stains on the carpet and we hung three pictures with very small nails. When she moved in there were large holes on the kitchen cabinet that we had to hang a calendar over to make it look better. Stay clear of this place.
