High quality, affordable complex

Pros:
Location - very close to local businesses and on a quiet and safe street.
Affordability - very satisfied with what I got versus what I paid. My rent even went down after I resigned.
Management - incredibly helpful when I needed them.
Bathroom and kitchen were both semi-recently updated
Small things to be aware of:
The ceilings are thin - I could hear my upstairs neighbors snoring.
The dishwasher was on the small side and didn’t always do a great job of cleaning my dishes.
There was no ...
overhead light in my bedroom.
The air conditioning was a singular wall unit in the living area, which meant that the bedroom was harder to cool down in the summer.
Overall, very satisfied and would live here again.
