High quality, affordable complex
January 15, 2025Pros: Location - very close to local businesses and on a quiet and safe street. Affordability - very satisfied with what I got versus what I paid. My rent even went down after I resigned. Management - incredibly helpful when I needed them. Bathroom and kitchen were both semi-recently updated Small things to be aware of: The ceilings are thin - I could hear my upstairs neighbors snoring. The dishwasher was on the small side and didn’t always do a great job of cleaning my dishes. There was no ...overhead light in my bedroom. The air conditioning was a singular wall unit in the living area, which meant that the bedroom was harder to cool down in the summer. Lake Park is a great place to live!
October 29, 2019I used to live at Lake Park apartments for 1 year and it was comfortable place to stay. My apartment was perfect size for 2 people and never have any issues. Employees at the leasing office are always very responsive and helpful. If I did not have to move to different country I would definitely renew my lease.Review from Apartments.com
