April 23, 2019dont live here. they tell you a bunch of lies, everything is half done. there was plumbing problems that created a huge leak, and mold, our family and our neighbors have been living in a nightmare for 3 months. the professional carpet cleaning people dpnt even get everything. when the mold inspector came, he said he had been to the same apartment a few years ago. they charge you too much in rent but you get nothing. last summer the pool was closed most of the summer.Review from Apartments.com
Nicely maintained grounds, apartments not so much.
January 7, 2019Tenant of 2 years. Moving in, was very happy. (Original) managers were very helpful and easy to talk to. I am a single mom with 1 child. Chose the 2 bed/2 bath. Rent was a little expensive but its gated, has 2 pools, jacuzzi, and gym so worth it to pay living alone as a mom. So to explain the bad rating... firstly, the air conditioning unit is extremely loud. You can hear it from outside. Made TV watching difficult because you have to drastically turn up/down while cooling or heating apartment. ...Secondly, I battled roaches for several months due to neighbors, I believe. I am a very cleanly person who works a lot and the roaches were RIDICULOUS. Open a drawer and 5 go running everywhere, bad. Also had 2 field mice that they had to poison. Next, the pipes and electrical had constant problems. My sink would continuously run water even when turned off. This problem I had to request maintenance several times the past year. Some days outlets would work in one room, some days they wouldn't. Mail is joke. No telling how much mail I lost, and constantly had others personal mail in my box everyday. Lastly, the took away assigned parking. AWFUL!!!! I work late hours. I have ONE car. It seemed every apartment had roommates or large families with 2/3 cars they could no longer off assigned parking. When I would get home I would have to park completely across the complex as no other parking available! No they didn't lower rent, it was increased. So to wrap it up, despite the well-maintained grounds, this place is no where near the value they charge. Plus the new management seems judgmental and this being my first apartment as a single mom, didn't make any details of my move-out known and charged me for things I didnt know, telling me it was my responsibility to know every detail from my original rental agreement. SAFEST APARTMENTS AND AWESOME STAFF
January 22, 2018I have been living here 4 years and love ? it. My husband works very early in the morning and by having great communication with the security makes me feel safe. Amanda and Nichole have made me feel like a sister to them, they are usually in the office in a daily basis to answer any questions or concerns from the tenants. Wonderful place to call home
October 10, 2015I have lived here for 2 years and love it. Our events are tons of fun and all the staff is great. I dont understand how people write bad reviews about a place where they still live? Are you dumb? The prices are fair, its located by many shopping stores and easy freeway access. I highly recommend this place to everyone. August 12, 2015We've been living here for 2 years now it was a mistake ..the apt is too dark and there's no light in the apt at all...only one window in the living room..we're only here because it's close to my husbands work place.
