Princeton Property Management recently purchased this complex - they have awful reviews, but this complex was trash before they took over. I just moved out, our unit was riddled with MOLD. You can see the beams through the ceiling, the whole front exterior wall has mold along the baseboards 6-12 inches high and in the front bedroom closet the mold was 4 feet high. We called Princeton Property Management repeatedly for weeks with no response. They do not care about the tenants. The previous ...

manager was lazy instead of working on the issues in the units they would just paint over them. Do not live here, your health is more important than the cheap rent!! Unit 64 is not livable! Stay far away!
