We have lived at The Lakes for 4 1/2 years now...the staff is always very responsive when we have an issue. They are kind and polite...always. We can't say enough about the maintenance staff. Will, especially, always makes sure our issues are taken care of. He is so pleasant, even in a water emergency late, late at night!

My one bedroom home is spacious and meets my needs. I have lived here a long time and do not plan on moving anytime soon. This apartment is my first and it’s very nice and spacious! I’m only giving it four stars because besides patio and closet there are not a lot of storage for other things. Maintenance is always very timely and everyone at the office is friendly and ready to help. Great community and feels very safe.
