Over 62 dwelling
September 23, 2015The apartments are wonderful, spacious 1 and 2 bedrooms, they allow pets, garages are $60/month, covered parking is $30/month, free trash pickup on Monday and Thursday. Office staff is typical management and they don't like to be 'bothered'. The maintenance people are quick, polite and efficient. The only downfall is the pool - it is small, cannot do laps, and it is salt water not chlorine. Most tenants don't use the poolReview from Apartments.com

July 20, 2015These are one and two bedroom apartments in a GREAT community in Texas. The property is located in an area that is private, secured (gates and fences), and very well insulated. Located near the Senior and Rec Centers in Little Elm, across the street from the main park and lake, post office is within walking distance, and several amenities for the over 62 crowd - not yet old that is! Salt water pool for exercise, salt water spa, and exercise facility.
