August 27, 2015 - Review from Apartments.comThis is a great place to live, the grounds are well kept and the neighborhood is extremely quiet. The apartments are large and if you have any maintenance issues they will be resolved right away. This great place for family and single living< very safe community. I have lived here for the past 3 years and I have fallen in love with my home. There are parks, bike trails, a lot of community events going on all year long and great neighbors.

Good neighborhood
August 13, 2015 - Review from Apartments.comThe neighborhood is nice and quiet. The grounds are maintained nicely and management schedules and organizes two annual events for the tenants. If there is any maintenance matters they are usually resolved immediately or at the latest 24 to 48 hours. We are within walking distance to a nice park and metro subway station. The only concern I have is that the building are old and so the weather installation in the walls and windows should be upgraded.
