Don’t Sign a Lease here
January 20, 2026I was approved then denied but before I was denied they took my security deposit. Under Louisiana law (La. R.S. 9:3251), security deposit refunds are required to be returned within 30 days of lease termination. My denial date was 12/2/2025 and I’m writing this on 1/20/2026.. I shouldn’t have to keep emailing management about my funds, this apartment complex should be ashamed for there bad business and poor management communicationProperty Manager Responded

January 6, 2025Honestly it’s not too bad. It’s all about your level of what you can deal with. The fees you pay you don’t benefit for amities. There’s two pools and one is going to be dirty. By the time the one that’s dirty gets cleaned the other is now dirty ready to be clean. And it goes back and forth between the two. There’s two club houses. The one in the back you can’t use. Why?. Don’t really know they just make sure you know you cannot use it. & it’s a pretty good looking club house. The one in the front ...by the office you have to make a reservation or something it’s usual events going on up there. Idk. Gym, I wouldn’t even call it that there’s like 3 options to use in there. It has a weird smell. Trash is always overflowed. Dog poop is always everywhere despite the complex having dog baggy stations throughout the complex. Dog owners are just lazy & nasty. Front gate always out I don’t think I’ve seen a whole week go by and nothing was wrong with the gate. Now I will say office was available when needed. When you put in a maintenance request it will be done by next day. They are really fast with that. Also keep in mind never had a major issue just little things. PARKING!. Omg parking sucks. After 5 pm just know there is no parking . You will be parking a building or two down from your apartment. I’ve never seen an area where there was never any parking available. Now you can pay to get a reserved parking spot but that just another thing they tryna have you pay for . You supposed to be living in a gated community & you don’t even have anywhere to park. Noise?, never really had any noise problems. Overall it was cool. For the price you pay you would expect more.Property Manager Responded

May 3, 2022Trash is a major issue, especially for those who live near the dumpsters. The gate always malfunction, which concerns many residents. July 26, 2021Definitely not worth the cost! If you come at night there’s never parking available! If you stay in the middle you’ll have to park a far from your apartment and walk. Quiet and Comfortable

Not a fan anymore
April 20, 2019Ive lived here for a little over a year now. At first i really enjoyed it. The lake is beautiful and our neighbors were really friendly. That quickly changed however. Our Apartment has had a ton of issues. Cheap appliances keep breaking, the price went up after our lease was up, constant issues with the gate making me late to work sometimes, and now i dont feel safe here since the shooting.Review from Apartments.com

December 1, 2018We had a short lease here, most of staff was really nice, maintenance crew is great. Parking can fill up fast. Keep in mind that there are a lot of buildings that face the interstate, and traffic can be heard, sometimes softer than others, from the front half of the apartments. I think it is crucial to note that the first majority of our stay here was great for the price... but in the last month there have been several vehicle burglaries, and an isolated shooting as well. Needless to say we were ...glad this was a temporary stay. Can't speak for a year ago and beyond.
