April 10, 2024HPG Management offers lower that average rentals in all our properties. It benefits both the renters and us. Renters have more affordable housing while we rarely have more than one vacancy at a time. We also encourage tenants to report issues to your resident manager so that our in house staff can resolve them immediately. Consistently dirty and unsafe common spaces
May 27, 2022 - Review from Apartments.comThe common spaces in this apartment are filthy. Consistently littered with garbage, and sometimes literal dog poop and pee. Borderlines on a health issue. If that kind of stuff doesn't bother you, there's probably good value to be had.Property Manager Responded

Lakeview is a no pet residence but some individuals with animal support needs may have had an accident that you unfortunately encountered. On rare occasions when such things happen we do have live in cleaning staff that always takes care of the issues immediately. - HPG Management
Great landlord
August 20, 2020 - Review from Apartments.comThe biggest positive of this place is the landlord Florin who is exceptionally helpful. He’s available & really made me feel like if there’s a problem he’s on top of it. Same goes for the repair guy who is always there to fix any issues with the apartment. The negative aspects of living here are outside of control of the management, but be ready for outside noise and many homeless outside.
