Scary!
February 24, 2016This place is horrible! The landlord is a crook! I moved there because I was going to school in UK and I was from out of town and needed a place. The landlord didn't fix the bathtub for 8 months! Then I was late for rent in January. I thought everything was OK because I didn't hear anything from the landlord. I tried to pay February's rent and the landlord told me I was evicted. We went to court because she didn't give me the 7 day notice, a legal requirement. She lied in court and said she did. ...I couldn't prove she didn't so I lost. Also, the place just isn't a good place to live.
