April 18, 2019Lived here from 3/2018 to 3/2019. Top 5 things I liked/loved about these Apts. 1. Children in the community They always got along with my girls and have great manners. The parents here are doing an excellent job! 2. Maintenance man Jaime. He does a pretty great job with what he has to work with. Always got maintenance orders done in a timely manner. He always keeps the grounds as clean as possible. Keep up the great job! 3. Dishwasher I’ve never had a better dishwasher at any of ...the other apartments/houses I’ve ever lived at. Thanks for providing a great dishwasher!! 4. Affordable Not expensive at all for 2 bed 2 bath. Definitely get your moneys worth here. 5. No rodents!! One thing I hate most are rats and I never had an issue with rats. Minor ant problem but was fixed immediately. As for roaches saw 1-2 but all depends on you and your neighbors on keeping your apt clean. They offer pest control which works cause I didn’t see anymore once they sprayed. Overall, great community, friendly neighbors, office manager Brittany is proficient, and affordable living.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
