they start all work before 8 am. There is not just mold but black mold in every apartment I have personally seen. Maintenance has called me profanities and they will keep your packages in the office and not give them to you. Hot water only lasts 5-10 min and that after it’s already been worked on 3 times. Garbage disposal breaks all the time and they won’t come fix anything until you put in about 12 work orders over the span of about 3 months. This is the worst place I have ever lived in my life!!! And bugs even though you pay for pest spray monthly they which they do not do!

pay my rent faithfully in good faith that one day I'll come home from work and repairs would be all done. The week of thanksgiving I reported a leak from the ceiling that was not repaired but instead patched up and the patchwork is cracking. I reported that water is leaking from the sink in the kitchen the maintenance helper comes out to only suck out the water and to tell me that he does not have authorization to fix, diagnose, or repair the issue that has been reported. We stood in my living room for 30 minutes arguing on why the repairs have not been done since my move in date of September the 12th of 2017 and all he could tell me was that he was the helper and that I need to talk to the lady in the office he is just the middleman not the actual maintenance man and the issue that I reported is not serious enough and can wait until tomorrow. I moved here due to Hurricane Harvey, but just like Harvey this just another situation that have ran me out of here as well, very poor, management, customer service, a very uncomfortable living situation

lost plenty of sleep and my work life is horrible now...just imagine something biting you while you sleep and it don't matter where you move they will follow
