Do not rent here
February 22, 2022The apartments are way to small for what they charge. You can go anywhere else in Manhattan for about the same price and get so so much better. There have been gun shots directly outside, police are here often, they don’t keep up with the property. They have broken our lease contract multiple times. They have not once in the two years we have been here given us a 24 hour notice before coming inside our apartment, nor have the ever removed the ice which has resulted in many people falling. They ...don’t tow people so some of us park in a different parking lot because there isn’t enough parking. Their office is never open when we go in, even when we go in the middle of the week in the afternoon. There is nothing positive about living here. You are better off going somewhere else .Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
