This place you pay all utilities,rental insurance not a option here . Closet doors are cheap I moved into a place I wasn’t shower I felt played and manipulated. I was told after the fact utilities are all our responsibility . Garbage , eat and water and etc . Good lord your better off getting a different place or your own house . This place a crummy place it doesn’t feel like home to me and it hasn’t since start . These people are careless , cold heart folks they just want your money and give you ...

Management is a joke and so is maintenance. People smoke weed 24/7 in these apartments, laundry room is always broken, doors are constantly open. There was homeless people sleeping in our building. I’m glad I left, there’s cops there alll the time. Random people park in the lot so there’s no parking.
There’s mold inside the apartment, windows leak.

As a current resident I can honestly say that Lancaster Village is the place to be. They are continually updated and elevating the look of your apartments. The lovely HEATED outdoor pool is a lovely spot to relax in the sun or in the water. Freshly painted an new carpeting in a great gray theme (if you follow this trend this is right on track)! The Clubhouse has just been remodeled with a weightroom that is rivals any gym you may have a membership. (Cancel that membership and use the gym here ...
that comes with your apartment!) Great place for families AND you reserve the clubhouse and have a private party for different events along the way. I can't comment on just how great the staff is that you see working hard. From management down to the grounds people, you'll always be greeted with a smile and a hello. It's a great place to be. If it wasn't we wouldn't have signed on for another year here at the lovely Lancaster Village!

I have to say coming from the dorms and then having an apartment in college, that this is my first apartment back in the cities. Lancaster Village has not disappointed at all! They do monthly events with free food, how can you pass that up? Not to mention that the assistant manager takes time to get to know your name and where you live. Some people seem to give negative reviews since they were unhappy and don't know who they are talking about. A lot has changed from when I moved in 2013 to ...
now, 4 years later and for the better! The cleaning for the buildings could always be better but at the same time residents don't treat this like their home, which is sad. Teenagers I lived by in college were more clean!
I am getting a house soon but will miss the friendly office staff that takes the time to talk with me even if it's just to see how things are going on my end, and monthly events to build us as a community!
