I’ve had a fantastic experience living at Landen apartment homes. From the moment I moved in, everything has been smooth and stress free. The leasing office staff is always friendly, helpful, and responsive, they truly go above and beyond to make sure residents feel at home. Another plus is that the property is well maintained, clean, and beautifully landscaped. My unit was spotless when I moved in, and everything from appliances to fixtures works perfectly. I have been living here for 2-3 years. Parking use to be bad (i had to park behind the shopping center a couple of times). Now you can find parking easily since most of the other tenants moved out. Since most of the other tenants mostly have trucks that had their exhaust modified things can get really loud, especially at night. Maintenance is great when it comes to emergency fixes like refrigerators or electricity going out. What's really bizarre is that some units don't have light bulb sockets ...
or light fixtures in the ceiling other than the restrooms and the kitchen areas. So be prepared to buy a couple of lamps. One thing that I find really unsettling is the way the electrical wiring was setup. Rooms share the same breaker with the living room/dining, each room has a light switch but it controls the electricity for the outlets since their are no light bulb sockets. Overall it is ok, but its not luxury living.
