March 6, 2025I've been at The Landing for 8 months and absolutely love it here! The manager and assistant manager are professional and will take care of any issues very promptly and professionally. I've lived in other apartments and got used to lack luster management. The grounds are spotless and it's very quiet. The neighbors are all very nice and pet lovers are allowed 2 pets. February 6, 2025My wife and recently moved into a townhome! And we love it! It’s way more spacious than we thought it was! The new floors and carpet makes our unit Pop that much more! Not recommended
September 29, 2017The neighbors at The Landing are the best! The property managers (pm) are not. My storage area became infested with rats...I cannot properly describe the horror, and I'll spare you the sensory details, let's just say it was really, really, bad. After speaking with the pm, I was assured it was their responsibility, and they would come out to check it. No one ever came...all communications were one way, me to silence. I had a lot of damage, no support, and I had live rats literally jump out at me ...and dive into the SWAMP located off my patio. My laundry area was flooded three times with no action despite calls...my laundry detergent was ruined and I had to pay the electricity to have fans run for 3 days to dry the damage after I sent video of active flooding...and I mean flooding. Fast forward to move out, and I go through all the hoops, I was there over two years and my apartment was scheduled to be completely revamped with new flooring. I was told to clean the bathroom, all cabinets and fridge...did that. I got my "security deposit" back with deductions for carpet cleaning and paint! Hold-up, CA rental law states after 2 years the tenant shouldn't pay for paint (the walls were spotless...no kids or pets;) and the flooring was completely removed. I was also charged for cleaning. My lease states that I needed to leave it in the same state of cleanliness, which I did. This place is absolutely going to take every bit of your deposit...we renters give this deposit in good faith, we should receive a reasonable refund! I'm leaving out the 6 months it took them to set up my direct deposit (technical problems I was told), and the SWAMP...I will say though, my neighbors were really cool people:)Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Poor Management
June 20, 2017Get ready to be taken for a ride at this place! If your car is dirty it will be towed! You are no longer important once you have signed and moved in! Maintenence does not complete requests. Manager does not return phone calls. Spiders everywhere. Leasing agents are incompetent when manager is off. All this place cares about is getting their rent.
