June 30, 2025It's usually quiet for the location. Places nearby are in walking distance. The studio apartment space is nice it's just lacks modern design. It's ideal for ones that looking for retro style design. The water pressure isn't that great as well due to old building. There's a radiator heater in the apartment it heats very well. The only issue is that it makes a loud thudding noise when in use sometimes. I love how old the building the property management staff has been super welcoming and the leasing agent was super helpful! I haven’t had any issues and when I have requested a repair.
