The coin op laundry is a good rate for high quality machines and the maintenance team responds very quickly to your needs. A perfect place for studio living down town.

It's ideal for ones that looking for retro style design. The water pressure isn't that great as well due to old building. There's a radiator heater in the apartment it heats very well. The only issue is that it makes a loud thudding noise when in use sometimes. Overall it's nice starter place it's great way/location to get a feel of the Downtown Tacoma ...area.Read More

I love how old the building the property management staff has been super welcoming and the leasing agent was super helpful! I haven’t had any issues and when I have requested a repair. Maintenance is on it!
