Maintenance

Have lived here 9 months now. When i first moved in an inspection was made and it was determined that the base of both bathroom vanities were rotted. After 4 maintenance request have been submitted and approved. Both vanities have not been replaced. Also the pool has been closed for several months and the management here has no idea who or when the maintenance will make it available. Both management and maintenance here need HELP

This used to be a good place to live but new staff has made it dead!!! No facilities, pools been closed for over 5 years it's green and disgusting and creating mosquitos and God knows what other horrible things are growing. The gym, what gym always closed only 3 machines and it's locked. Appliances are 1876 old and they never get replaced. Moldy, stinky floors. Bath tubs are disgusting. Not a good place to live . Just affordable but you do not get what you pay for...

I lived in Landon Pointe for 5 years and I enjoyed every minute of it. The office staff was very knowledgeable and professional. Since the apartments were renovated I rarely had to call maintenance but when I did call they responded quickly. I was beginning to get to comfortable at Landon Pointe however they offer a homebuyers incentive which assisted me in becoming a homeowner. My son and I are really going to miss Landon Pointe.

They're only nice to you before you sign them papers,after that they don't care about you,maintenance take forever,most of the time,they even forget you put in a order ,they are very rude in the office ,roaches are everywhere and they're not doing nothing about it. DONT DO IT ,STAY AWAY FROM THAT PLACE.

I found this place to be very promising, a uniquely clean and upstanding place to live. That is until I found out about the pet deposit. It is a $350 (non refundable fee) per pet. Most would agree, that this is a little too much money to just give away, especially since you must be income restricted to live here.

THIS IS AN OK PLACE TO LIVE. WISH MAINTANCE MEN WERE FASTER TO RESPOND TO PROBLEMS AND OFFICE WORKERS DIDNT SEEM THEY WERE ANGRY ALL TIME AND LISTENED TO PROBLEMS WITH APARTMENT. APARTMENT HAS NICE LAYOUT AND OK PRICE.

I live in Landon Pointe apartments and its and ok place... Layout of apartment is nice but bugs. I set traps so I don't see anymore but neighbors have a lot. Wish there was little more room in dining area. Maitinance (didn't spell that right) is horrible and slow. Office seems to not care about bugs or repairs. Neighbors are wonderful though. Pretty quiet. Nice pool.
