Too many issues

I live there for several years and during my time there. I had so many issues with water bugs coming in my unit, homeless people from the area loitering around, police activity due to sketchy tenants and members of management being unbearable. It also took them forever to fix safety concerns within the unit. There is no parking for guest so if they park on the street and stay overnight, you have to either go get a parking pass from Covina PD or risk getting a ticket or your car broken into on the ...

There is no pool
There is NO parking for visitors. Tenants park in the 7 spots supposed to be for guests. If you park on street car will most likely be broken into.
No lounge
Window AC units. The third floor is uncomfortably hot in the summer as heat rises
Running the AC is costly
