February 10, 2025Coming up on 3 years here at Larkspur and I can say that I seriously love living here. The new BBQ area and storage lockers are great new additions to the community. I love using the dog park and meeting all the friendly dogs in the community, and using the community garden. The new full time manager has been great! He hosted a Pizza Party last week in the office and seems to really care about us residents. Property is falling apart
August 18, 2023Ever since Greystar bought the property, there has been a total lack of property maintenance. It's very frustrating as a tenant to have things broken for 3 or 4 months at a time. :( My garbage disposal does not work, my blinds have been broken for months (both the sliding glass door and living room blinds), bugs have been coming in through the kitchen light, through the bedroom window, and holes in the ceiling ever since I moved in, my hall light in the vaulted ceilings was out for 3 months ...before finally getting fixed. My maintenance requests sat for months and were recently marked as fixed even though these issues never got fixed... This has been beyond frustrating. My kitchen cabinet door fell off its hinges and sat for weeks until I asked a friend to come by and fix it. The property is old and renovated. It is falling apart faster than maintenance can put it back together. This is very frustrating as a tenant to endure a constant laundry list of broken items in your apartment for MONTHS on end and then to see my maintenance requests be marked as "fixed" on the online portal when they never were. Also, they have a package locker for USPS mail, but my amazon and UPS packages get left out in a puddle in the rain outside of my door while I am at work because there's no awnings on many of the units. Poor structural design. The manager and maintenance guy are nice and want to be helpful, but can't complete their work in a timely manner because they only work 2 days a week... yes, 2 days a week (Tuesdays and Thursdays). The old management company had a similar situation of only having staff on-site part time, but Felix (prior manager) responded to emails/maintenance requests whether he was in the office or not and I never had an issue with getting things fixed in a timely manner before Greystar took over. The last company fixed my kitchen drawer, screen door, preformed pest control, and fixed my front door lock within 48 hours of me bringing these issues to their attention, but not Greystar... :( Living here has been such a headache. :(Property Manager Responded
