Very attentive staff!

While I ultimately did not end up leasing with this property due to personal circumstances, I would definitely consider them in the future if looking for an apartment home. Hailee and Jance were an AMAZING help from the very beginning of this process, and remained in constant communication with menin regards to units that became available. In February, I had the pleasure of visiting this exquisite apartment complex where I was warmly welcomed by the community manager, Kiki. She graciously guided me through the property, showcasing both two and three-bedroom apartments located on both the upper and lower floors. One of the standout features for me was the seamless connection between the garage and the homes, along with a patio and fireplace in every unit. Additionally, the convenience of a 24-hour gym and the luxurious inclusion of ...

a sauna left a lasting impression on me. I must say, my interaction with the office staff was exceptionally pleasant, adding to the overall positive experience.

Great apartments

Me and my wife have been here for 3 years now and just signed our lease renewal. The new owner Sequoia is making tons of great changes. A new dog park, new parking rules that fixed the parking problem, a free coffee bar and now a new security company and cameras around the property. We love it here!

This is a well kept, safe and beautiful complex to live in. The office team is super accommodating! They do fun contests, and my favorite is that they bring food trucks to the complex. They have been a huge hit and a nice addition to the community. They aren't your regular "landlords" they really do make it a welcoming and inviting community to live in. The previous issue was parking, but they listened to the residents and came up with a new parking program that seemed to have fixed the parking ...

issue, plus they just removed some lawns and added 10 new spots. Highly recommend!

Kaiya is the best!

I came to tour on Sunday and Kaiya was so sweet and informative! She was the first person from all my tours to treat me like a person and not a dollar sign. She felt like an old friend! I actually have a family member living here and wanted to tour because of how beautiful the property is kept up. We decided to move closer to the Bay Area but otherwise Larkspur Woods would be our home!

I really enjoy living here and have been a resident for almost a year now. The residents here are really friendly and when I was at the pool I was invited into the conversation and fun. The staff here is also really nice and friendly and they go out of there way to make sure my requests are done properly and in a timely fashion. On top of that is the scenery and the lavish green to stroll through, when walking my dogs. This is the best apartment I've lived at.
