Falling Apart
July 8, 2023Poorly managed property. Owner does not do anything to maintain. Pool is filthy and leaking into garage. Pipes are falling apart leading to constant sewage issues. Leaks have caused mold. Unlicensed laborers work on electric and plumbing, often worsening the issues. Everything is fixed with a bandaid.Review from Apartments.com

October 4, 2021Poor management, building has not been maintained as needed, plumbing issues constant, laundry room is filthy and machines rarely function. Building and on-site management have a bad reputation in the neighborhood. Plenty of better options to choose from elsewhere.Review from Apartments.com
