Used to LOVE it here, unfortunately the quality/standards have gone down. Resident's concerns are taken lightly and recent tenants have zero respect for paid parking spots. The maintenance is on point!

I moved here from Dallas. I have had zero regrets. The staff is very attentive everything is fixed ASAP. The neighborhood is lively with everything so close. The apartments are a clean quiet oasis. Can't say enough about this great community.

We moved from Dallas last year and the process was easy and smooth. Angel made it so easy to move in and was very attentive with everything. Once moved in, the community itself was a great place to live. Clean and Lorenzo the maintenance specialist was great and any issues that we had, which weren’t many were taken care off immediately. Move out was also painless. If we ever comeback to El Paso, we will definitely look to live here again.

This apartment is in a great location. Grocery stores, restaurants, pharmacies, parks, and schools are all within walking distance. My favorite part is the peace and quiet. We cannot hear our neighbors through the walls, and people aren't shouting or honking car horns outside. We also are far enough away not to hear traffic on the roads, however it is not far from it either. The only downfall to the apartment is the price. It is on the expensive side, although not as expensive as a house. For ...

These apartments are nestled between a private community, an upper middle class neighborhood and a golf course. The mostly central location provides easy access to numerous popular restaurants, the best shopping in town, and several schools. The actual complex has roughly 100 properties and is expertly managed, I have had no maintenance issues since living here and the rental process was a breeze thanks to the staff. The rooms are incredibly spacious, with second floor apartments having vaulted ...

The initial rent was at the top of my price range but the efficiency and hospitality of the staff drove home my decision to rent.
