Horible Neighborhood, Horrible Customer Service
May 8, 2022Wanted to rent a unit and paid $200 fees and were approved, with an 800+ credit score, then they changed their mind and said we didn't meet their criteria for renting. Poor customer service and a horrible neighborhood to live in. The photos of the building are only artist renderings. In reality there is no business on the corner of the unit. Filthy outside, saw empty beer and alcohol bottles litter the entryway. First day we applied, we were approcached by a homeless person set up camp in front ...of the business entrance on the corner. Two months later, we're still waiting for a refund, that I doubt will ever come. Never allowed us to see the vacant units. I guess that should have been a clue.
