September 18, 2016Very nice, 2 bedroom apartments. We have central air, washer and dryer in unit and a dishwasher. Great place for the price. Very Friendly neighbors.Review from Apartments.com
Noise high utility cost
June 26, 2016Noise is a huge factor not to rent here the traffic noise from Laskey is horrible, each apartment you can hear what other neighbors are doing including using the bathroom. The floors creek if the landlord would spend some money on sound proofing maybe it would help a lot. Landlord needs to update apartments with energy efficient appliances expect a $140 a month electric bill or more for an 800 sq ft apartment that's expensive. Water pressure is low which I assume landlord turns down water ...pressure to save money. Its great to have a washer and dryer probably a key feature to this apartment because most don't have this. The windows need replacing they are original, screens torn expect ice to form on inside of windows during window. This would be a great place to live if I was deaf.
May 30, 2016When I first started researching apartments, this place seemed like the find of a century: An 800 sq. ft. two-bedroom apartment with a washer and dryer and dishwasher for the cost of many one-bedroom apartments. I did wonder why there were no on-line reviews for the place, so I’m here to fix that. It is a spacious apartment, and it comes with a flat pet fee which is nice. However, the sound insulation is terrible. One can hear everything his neighbor is doing especially the neighbors above. ...The landlord did warn me about the old creaky floor boards, however, he failed to mention that when your neighbor has a conversation or even urinates, you can hear it like it’s happening in your own apartment. I feel like I’m living in a library because I’m constantly concerned about how much noise I’m making because I don’t want to irritate my neighbors. Also, be aware that this apartment building is all electric so an 800-square foot apartment can be pretty pricey to heat in the winter. If it wasn’t for the sound issues, this would be a really nice place to live.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
