borderline disrespectful

Staff is grossly negligent, neighbors are extremely disrespectful, people from the surrounding neighborhood come to the dumpsters to dump motor oil / furniture / excess garbage which is then added to the monthly trash bill of residents with nothing done to stop it. Weights have been stolen from the gym... avoid this place if you can!

It's overpriced, the office staff works part-time and even then, they are never in the office to help , there is a part-time maintenance worker and half the time he is not there because he lives 50 miles away. Now it's worse than ever, the gated community is no longer gated as the gates are always open and the homeless are constantly inside stealing or going through the dumpsters.

Over priced, terrible neighbors

I'm sure this place is fine if you can afford a townhouse. Avoid the single level, ground floor apartments unless you love having a frat party over your head every night! There is little or no insulation or sound-proofing between any of the apartments. I get to hear every single step my upstairs neighbors make. I can even hear every word of the conversation taking place in the apartment next door to mine. The management has been gradually increasing the cost of trash pick up, on top of the ...
mandatory $30 a month to have someone take your trash to the dumpster. People rarely pick up after their dogs in the dog park, and even when they do the maintenance staff only empties the garbage cans after they are over flowing with poop bags. Also, despite it being a 'gated' community there have been several instances of cars getting broken into. They have had to hire a private security company to patrol at night. Again, if you have the money to burn on over priced town home style apartments, go for it. Otherwise, find somewhere else.
