March 1, 2018Do not rent here. The staff is rude and tries to bully their residents. There is mold inside the apartment. You put in a request for items to get fixed and nothing is fixed. Would not recommend anybody to stay here
May 23, 2017stayed here for 9 months.. had seen people taking weed in laundry rooms.. had an incident where i was talking to my friend over phone at 9 30 pm in front of my apartment and somebody dressed in a tiger costume came behind me and scared me.. and was having fun his friends doing that to other residents as well.. washing machines do not clean your clothes properly.. the clothes kind of smell weird..would not recommend it if you are looking for a place to stay with family..and worst of all is the ...guy stoney(leasing office guy)..doesn't even look or sound polite to residents..Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

August 15, 2016These managers are only after theyre money they are nice at first to try to get your money and get you stuck into a lease. Not knowing they wont fix anything and if anything needs replacement forget about it they will charge you an arm and a leg even though its from the cheaply made carpet and "granite counter tops" that is not granite its some tape looking thing they place over the counters that falls off after a few months everything is cheaply made old appliances. and Very rude unreliable ...managers, theyre was a flea infestation on our home from our neighbors who had dogs and they came to spray twice even though we asked them to spray the neighbors because thats where they were coming from. They basically say even if ur dying or have a pest insfestation you still have to pay rent even if they don't fix the problem . If you have kids they dont take that into consideration. October 8, 2015We are currently renting in a 2 bed- 2 bath room here in Laurel Oaks and I can say that we had a blast of 1 year and 5 months of staying here. Nice Location
September 25, 2015Location is perfect. Near the school where my kids go to. They can just walk to and from the school. Near the grocery store. For someone like me who doesnt know how to drive yet, i can just walk to grab something. Also location is near big stores like walmart and target. This is a perfect location for my family. Inside, we have swimming pool that my kids enjoy every weekend. They also have a gym that i always frequent to with nice equipments. There are also securitu officers that are visible ...every night. You get what you pay for...
September 18, 2015These are reasonably priced apartments. You can choose between an upgraded apartment for a bit more in rent or the original style apartments which are old but will cost less. The staff is great and always willing to answer my questions and help us out if I may need a couple extra days to pay rent. They are very flexible and I appreciate that. The apartments them selfs aren't bad looking inside if you get the remodeled version. Sometimes the people who live around here can be sketchy but they keep ...to themselves. The biggest down side of the apartment is the installation. It must be old or poorly installed because the winter the heater can never keep the house warm and the summer the house gets extremely hot. Running the air and the heater trying to regulate the temp causes extremely high electric bills!
