Dumpster
April 1, 2024LP is a garbage dump. It has 2 small dumpsters for all the apts. The dumpster areas are always overflowing and trash blows all over the property. This attracts the bugs and rats that infest the property. I took out my trash once and a squirrel jumped out and hit me. LP also has constant plumbing issues, the plumbers are out here every day. Then they just put a piece of wood over the hole the cut to cover the mess. There is mold everywhere.Review from Apartments.com
Took our money
February 2, 2021Me and my boyfriend did a application for this place and they would never get back to us on the status of the application we always had to call them and when calling it took 30 calls in one day before someone would answer the phone but when i went into the office the lady was talking on her cell phone. It has been 3 weeks since we’ve done the application and payed them our money and we haven’t had any update on the status update of our application.Review from Apartments.com
Loving Laurel Pines
September 23, 2015Laurel Pines is a cute friendly community across the street from the Shops at White Oaks. Many of the residents who call Laurel Pines home have been here for up to 20 years. The new owners and management have made many repairs in the last 9 months and the staff works hard to keep everything looking and feeling good. Apartments are spacious and the location is wonderful. There are many great restaurants and shopping just across the street. Just Keeping It Real....
July 29, 2015I love my apartment, besides some minor issues that I believe can be resolved. The apartments have many different floorplans; that are very spacious. The maintenance team has been very helpful & they make sure they get issues resolved before close(office). Now for why my rate is average. Guest have to park by rental office. I pay my rent & still have not been able to utilize the pool(has not been opened since summer of 2014), fitness center has not been opened, there's really nowhere for kids to ...play(playground area is awful), new management not too friendly(only to some).Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
