I wish I could leave a more positive review, but the management's lack of efficiency is disappointing. While the property has appealing visuals and convenient parking, there are significant areas that need improvement. The issue isn’t with the management representatives themselves, but rather the overall lack of urgency and inability to resolve issues properly the first time. Since moving in October 2024, I’ve submitted multiple maintenance requests, including one for black mold, that have not ...
been taken seriously. Maintenance is slow, and the regional manager also fails to address concerns promptly, regardless of the urgency of the work orders. We've experienced several plumbing issues since moving in, many of which remain unresolved.

The building is usually quiet and calm. The building is not being cleaned thoroughly which is a concern. I wish the staff in office would follow through with my maintenance requests. Staffing just does not care about my concerns. It’s sad.

place is clean, quiet, and beautiful. we just moved here and love it! we’ve had a couple maintenance requests already which is the only reason i didn’t give 5 starts (only been here 2 weeks). otherwise i absolutely love it.

No issues here. Amenities are nice. Neighbors are quiet. No issues with parking. The manager can be hard to get to sometimes and unresponsive with emails.

Not sure what's going on with our building. Lots of turnover with all of the staff.? Maintenance requests go unanswered or take a while to be answered. We are definitely missing Josh being in charge.

Washer/dryers are in working order. Pool is maintained. Maintenance fixes issues quickly. Manager is attentive. This place took a full 180 since the issues we’ve experienced in 2020-2023

Too many maintenance issues to count
November 11, 2022
Been here since 11/2020 and here is what we’ve experienced : - hot tub rarely works - washers/dryers steal money or don’t work altogether - I have a huge crack in my ceiling and when it rains, my living room floods. Maintenance has been attempting to fix this for months with no manager acknowledgment on rectifying it. Still paying full rent, on time.
