January 24, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comI wish I could leave a more positive review, but the management's lack of efficiency is disappointing. While the property has appealing visuals and convenient parking, there are significant areas that need improvement. The issue isn’t with the management representatives themselves, but rather the overall lack of urgency and inability to resolve issues properly the first time. Since moving in October 2024, I’ve submitted multiple maintenance requests, including one for black mold, that have not ...been taken seriously. Maintenance is slow, and the regional manager also fails to address concerns promptly, regardless of the urgency of the work orders. November 11, 2022 - Review from Apartments.comBeen here since 11/2020 and here is what we’ve experienced : - hot tub rarely works - washers/dryers steal money or don’t work altogether - I have a huge crack in my ceiling and when it rains, my living room floods.
