August 25, 2025The community is friendly, and the apartment is conveniently located close to most of the things I want to be near and more. I love being surrounded by greenery as much as possible. July 19, 2025The place has is new and has a lot of space. The people were helpful. But the windowsills had a lot of dirt and bugs from the screens not being set up right. There aren't elevators which isn't a plus. But overall a pretty good place.Property Manager Responded

My car got stolen here (:
March 9, 2025Just moved here. Car stolen at 2 am, hot wired. this process took 40 min for them but they were able to just take their time due to no security no cameras broken gates (yes they left to go get some tools or a driver that barley knew how to drive stick) and there it went, right out of the parking lot and through those "security gates" Easy peasyyyyy. Management didn't care, not even a sorry. The same day. I received a text message, reminding the complex to pick up dogs droppings, and no where in ...there was a mention that a car was stolen that morning. And they definitely didn't let me break my lease no penalty or discounts. And DEFINITELY told me she thinks the camera footage erases after 24 hours and I'm not giving them to you. A detective will have to request them, well that detective hasn't even contacted me yet. It's a long story and I could list so much more. According to my Neighbors statements, apparently this is quite normal here. So here's the review I was looking for before moving here.Property Manager Responded
March 27, 2025Thank you for sharing your concerns with us. We understand how distressing it can be to experience car theft, which is common in big cities. With gated access, no system is completely foolproof. It’s possible for someone to enter while the gates are in motion, and while security cameras can serve as a deterrent, they don’t always provide clear identification of those responsible. We understand your concerns, but our lease agreements have specific terms for early termination, and we are unable to release residents from their lease due to vehicle theft. This type of crime is, unfortunately, an issue in many communities, not just ours. I would also like to remind all residents of the importance of contacting the police immediately to report any crime. Safety and security are our top priorities, and we are here to support you in any way. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions or need further assistance.
