Terrible place to live. We lived here for a year. We were one of the first people to move it. At the tour the apts looked nice, that was until other people moved in. Went downhill so quickly. Management is useless. Parking is assigned. There’s only a couple visitor spots that are always taken. Someone would constantly park in MY spot and I’d have nowhere else to park so I’d have to go stay elsewhere because management never took care of it. They have signs saying they’ll get cars parked wrongly ...
towed, but it’ll never happen. Management won’t respond to texts or calls. Hallways are absolutely disgusting, people use it as storage for shoes and strollers. Packages get stolen. Elevator smells like urine. Washers and dryers are always in use. Parking lot is plowed very poorly. Residents are loud and party/argue all the time. One night i could hear my neighbors screaming and throwing items at each other. After 6 months of living there I decided to pay two rents and live elsewhere because that’s how terrible this place is. Upon key turn in the apartment manager couldn’t even show up on time. She never showed and an hour after standing there she called to say to leave the keys on the counter.

management is absolutely awful, will not respond to your texts or emails. there is hundreds of piles of dog poop throughout the front and back yard that no one cleans up, everyone just lets their dogs poop wherever they want, there is garbage everywhere, people are constantly throwing things off of balcony’s. the visitor spots are a joke and there is no place to park in the winter. packages constantly stolen. woke up one morning to entire hallways covered in blood. would not recommend staying ...

People take your parking spot, you cant reach management nobody never answer your calls or messages or emails, my packages got stolen and nobody did anything about it, the hallways stinks, dirty parking lot, garbage everywhere, on winter the snowplow push all the snow on parking spot, didn’t have a place to park for 3 days. JUST AN AWFUL PLACE TO LIVE IN. Glad Im moving out.

Communication is terrible. Emails get "lost", money and packages gets stolen. The hallways reeks of weed. All I hear all night is the highway. Rent is far too expensive for what you're getting.

Management is unresponsive and communication overall is horrible. Packages are being taken/stolen and nothing is being done. There’s a million cameras but not one works. Smell of weed across all hallways.

I really loved the photos and 3D tour. Thought this place had a lot to offer, but my roommate and I both inquired about living here through...email, text message, this app and call. And STILL no one has gotten back to us about seeing the property or more info. Wouldn’t want to live somewhere, it’s impossible to get in touch with.
