Severe cockroach infestation and poor living conditions

I have been living in this building for several months, and there is a serious cockroach infestation in multiple parts of my apartment, including the kitchen, bathroom, and entrance areas. The problem is building-wide, not isolated to a single unit. Pest control treatments have been done multiple times, but the infestation continues. The cockroaches come out during the day and night, making it very difficult to live comfortably and hygienically. We’ve reported the issue several times and had ...
