Best Value, Best Quality
February 13, 2020This is the best value apartment and safest neighborhood you can get in Sebring. The new management is great and always fulfills maintenance requests immediately. They allow pets and the other tenants are very friendly. I never had a problem with noise, the walls are thick. The only con I can think of is there is no overhead light in the living room and bedroom, but there are fans. The apartments are located directly across Lake Jackson which makes for a lovely walk in the mornings/evenings. I ...would definitely recommend moving here!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
DO NOT RENT HERE!!!
November 22, 2019Poor management and they are NEVER in the office! They do not fix anything that breaks or stops working such as ceiling fans etc. This place is infested with mice! I’m disgusted with the fact that they don’t do anything about the rodents living inside the attic and walls of my apartment! Do NOT rent here! Not a reliable place to live.
January 16, 2019I can't give them any stars. They are never in the office when time is 9 am to 5pm. When I tried putting my payment in the drop box I was still able to pull it out. I am trying to find out who the exact owner is because the business card I have says manager and administrator. No owner name. Manager tried telling me he was owner but wife said owner won't let them fix ceiling fans etc. Do not rent at LeMans apartments in Sebring FL.Review from Apartments.com
