May 16, 2020I moved there in fall of 2019, and for 3 weeks I had no hot water, in which I only obtained hot water due to calling the city building inspectors to come out, inspect my faulty water heater, and threaten the building mgr with fines. I had roaches upon moving in, upon which mgt did nothing to help regardless of me reporting it and even fumigating the apartment upon move in myself. Numerous water issues throughout the building, & wafer thin walls. I could hear a special needs child below me ...screaming at the top of her lungs daily from 4 am to 12 am and hear a neighbor on the first floor... and I was on the 3rd floor! Management insisted I use headphones in my apartment. And when it came time to move (I had to break my lease or risk my sanity) in December, that's when the mgr wanted to send pest control to my apartment. Too little and way too late. If you don't mind roaches, delayed repairs and pest control, and loud neighbors that all have noisy kids screaming at all times, feel free to move here. If you want peace and quiet, somewhere you'd feel safe, and someplace clean with regular maintenance and upkeep, this is not the place for you.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
