No On Site Management
April 15, 2023No one ever comes around to check on the property. The sprinkler system hasn’t worked for two years. All of the landscaping is dead. All of the trees are dead. The grass is 5 inches tall and we have weeds that are 2 feet tall.Review from Apartments.com
NOT WHAT IT USED TO BE!
April 14, 2023I've lived here three years. The first year it looked just like the pictures online. So cute and well maintained. The past two years it has gone downhill. The outside sprinkler system hasn't worked for two years, all of the trees and landscaping are dead. The grass hasn't been mowed. The grass is five inches tall and we have weeds that exceed two feet. If I had a lawn mower I would do it myself! We are going to have a rat and snake problem soon! Also with tall grass and weeds and no working ...sprinkler system and the drought we are in and high winds I'm pretty sure this is a big fire hazard! No on sight management and no one ever comes over to check on the place. We have all been calling for weeks asking them to mow and do something about the landscaping but apparently they can't find anyone to do the job! They are so friendly when we call but NOTHING GETS DONE!!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
