I was blown away by the place
June 18, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comI've toured 6 so far in Fort Myers and this one was far and above the most impressive, the pool and gym are massive. Tons of stuff to do in the clubhouse like bowling or golf. Apartments are super nice. Playground wasn't enormous though.

February 12, 2024 - Review from Apartments.comRun while you still can. Horrible customer service in the lease office. Thank GOD we didn’t sign a lease. They will play games with you and I had a bad gut feeling from the start. It’s a shame because it’s a beautiful property from the outside but don’t be fooled by the listings online. They play pricing games (raised the price over $100/month overnight knowing we were interested in a unit). Trust your gut and go with somewhere else, anywhere else.Property Manager Responded

Horrible Management
November 22, 2023 - Review from Apartments.comManagement is literally miserable and make you feel like the only thing they hate more than their jobs is the residents here. They also have crazy rules I’ve never seen anywhere else. Look elsewhere!! Also the mold here is insane. I was forced to leave my apartment for days to remove mold and install fans to reduce humidity and they did nothing to try and accommodate you besides offering a 2 star motel.Property Manager Responded

We are excited to move to the Fort Myers area and would love to call this place home. The staff was super helpful and professional when we toured. The pool is breathtaking and the property is private with a lake. The model suite they showed us was so spacious and pretty!
