September 29, 2025I love it here. I will continue to re-sign my lease as much as I can. As long as it doesn’t go up I love the area. I feel safe. Maintenance is good. Staff is good. September 23, 2025Overall the apartments are nice. I do wish the bushes & trees were trimmed better. It makes it difficult to get into storage unit, walk along sidewalks, or park where the tree branches are too low. I did attempt to email office a few weeks ago but I unfortunately received no response regarding my concern.Property Manager Responded

September 17, 2025I’ve been here about six years and a half me and my husband have a one bedroom the only thing it’s just a little too small little space to put a kitchen table better than that. Everything‘s good. We got a washer and dryer. We’re close to the we’re close to the the grocery store fast food foods great location bus line staff here are wonderful maintenance. September 15, 2025My complaint is mainly about parking. The amount of cars parking closer to the buildings with no parking pass on their windshields all week into the weekend, making residents park either at the end of the parking lot or not even by our building at all. September 8, 2025Have always been happy living here. It's a good family place and fairly quiet. I will always praise all the staff here. When something breaks, they are quick to take care of it for you. The only thing I don't like is that the clubhouse is not available to rent out and have friends over... I don't have a big kitchen or living room, so it would be great to be able to rent it out to entretain ??Property Manager Responded

August 22, 2025My partner and I have lived here on and off for over a decade. We like that we're close to plenty of shopping, with grocery stores within walking distance and others a short drive away. A Trader Joe's has opened nearby, which is even better. Office and maintenance staff are also friendly. That being said, I'm not a fan of having to keep track of different portals for pay rent and putting in maintenance requests when it used to be all in one. Heating and cooling don't work great throughout our ...apartment either with some rooms getting barely any heating/cooling at all despite having our hvac system replaced. The walls are also thin and it's easy to hear whatever neighbors are up to and this can be especially annoying if your neighbors are loud.Property Manager Responded

August 17, 2025I can say this... I've been living here for more than 10 years now and I don't want to move because of the location. But there are so many extra fees being added on top of all the other charges that should be included as part of the rent you would think since that increases everytime a new lease is signed. I would really appreciate a detailed explanation for all these extra fees being added on that are seperate from the rent.Property Manager Responded
