No Place To Live Safely

Northeast jr.high place should not be able to rent to anyone. Its nasty,unsafe,roof leaks into apts, never cleaned,no security, nothing gets fixed, homeless come and go, elevator used as a bathroom, fights and shooting all the time but most important Management doesnt care or do anything and they are hardly here when they should be.
