A great place to live! The manager, Patty, is a superstar! She’s very responsive and always kind. She’s a hard worker, and you can see that she really cares about the building. She just threw an awesome summer fiesta-themed party on the rooftop complete with a DJ and margaritas! The maintenance, George, is awesome too! He’s very friendly and does amazing work. Anytime I’ve had an issue, George came right over and handled it that day. He always walks with a smile on his face, and it’s a ...
pleasure to call him my neighbor. The building itself is beautiful! The rooftop is huge (and it’s nice that it’s open until midnight). It has a firepit, dog park, TV, lounge chairs, grill / bar area - just a great place to hang out. The apartments are very spacious and in such an amazing area! There're so many restaurants and shops within walking distance (Portos Bakery is literally right behind the building) - the Americana and Galleria are only a stone’s throw away - it’s pretty great. Every neighbor that I’ve met has been friendly and easy to talk to. Great apartments, great location, great neighbors, STELLAR management - compared to other properties where the management can be ‘over-bearing’ - I’m so glad we found this place. All-in-all, my wife and I love living here, and plan on staying for a long time!
