If you are applying for apartment 17 just be aware this apartment is on the third floor and if you plan on doing any kind of LIVING in the apartment you will get complains from the downstairs neighbor. Unfortunately, management doesn't care to ask for your version of the story and just tells you to stop. No conversation, just STOP. You are doing wrong by showering at 8:30 pm at night. You shouldn't walk in your own apartment past ten because there's an "unspoken” rule that everyone stops the ...
"noise" past ten. This would be a great elderly community but if you have family just keep looking. We lived there only 6 months and received absurd complains from our downstairs neighbors. Our next door neighbor mentioned, as we were moving out, that they cannot keep anyone in that apartment for that same exact reason. I would have liked a heads up from the previous tenant but unfortunately they didn’t leave any reviews. If you ever plan on leaving these apartments you might as well leave a mess since they will charge you a cleaning fee regardless of how you leave the apartment. I spent 6 hours cleaning the entire apartment, every corner and i still got deducted a $50 cleaning fee from my deposit. Not to mention $100 for carpet cleaning. This place has too many rules and if you don't follow them to the T you will have an email or shout from the manager. Management is really nosy and will send you emails or yell from their balcony if you are doing anything that LOOKS wrong. I am extremely upset of the way things worked out and truly happy to be gone.
