I just moved in and can't wait to leave. Cockroaches, black mold, mice, broken a/c, broken fan, the list goes on. You pay and pay and nothing gets done. People should not live this way.

Don’t get scammed,No maintenance , low prices comparable to other places around , pests are everywhere outside , sharable wrecked washing machines and driers , black mold in many apartments

awful place to live nothing ever gets fixed the weeds and bushes all look terrible packages and mail are always being stolen by other tenants that live here even when issues are brought to attention nothing gets done the owner aka landlord doesn't even have control over this location he leaves it up to a tenant that lives here to deal with it all she's the "property manager" as they both say but is just an almost 70 year old women who does nothing to help I recommend not living here rents ...
extremely high for a place with no amenities but a laundry room where machines are always broken and not in working condition cops are almost always here because of fights and issues with tenants so just an fyi for anyone interested in living here
