    I enjoyed living here overall. I wish the roommate matching was a bit better and maintenance was a bit quicker to resolve issues. Office manager was pretty kind and understanding. Everything else was perfect.

    It was good! I wish the pricing on the month of June was explained better and prior to the charges hitting the account but the housing was very good overall and didn’t have many issues. I do wish the washing machine would be replaced instead of waiting 3 weeks for a part. But that’s the way it is I guess. If the prices were lower I probably would stay.

    I've lived at Lexington Crossing for the past four years, and overall, it's been a great experience. The location is incredibly convenient—close to the University of Florida, shopping centers, and restaurants, which made getting around really easy. The amenities are a huge plus. The pools, fitness center, and study areas were all well-maintained and added a lot of value to living here. I especially appreciated the shuttle service to campus—super reliable and saved me a lot of time and ...
    hassle. My apartment itself was spacious and comfortable, and I really liked having my own bathroom. Over the years, I noticed some upgrades to the property, which shows that they’re continually working to improve the living experience. After four years here, I can honestly say Lexington Crossing has been a solid place to call home.     Living in this apartment complex has been a mostly positive experience. I’ve appreciated the convenience of the location, especially being close to stores, work, and school. The environment feels safe and generally quiet, which helps me focus when I’m studying or just need time to relax after a long shift.

    Lexington is one of the most affordable apartments to live at being a student at UF. the staff are very energetic and always throwing events to make residents feel welcome and have been very receptive and patient with requests. The only issue would be getting maintenance to resolve an issue properly or pest control to spray the unit fully.

    There were some bumps along the way with room assignment and cleaning issues but the staff here worked with me very well so that I could have the best experience I could here.

    Awesome! Really loved the renovations in the apartment! It was fast and well done and made the room a lot nicer too! The staff and management as well as maintenance are also friendly and on point.

    Staying at Lexington has been an amazing experience for me. The price for rent combined with the distance to campus has made it easy for me to have affordable stay while also maintaining easy transportation.

    The price hikes didn’t aid in me not renewing but it definitely didn’t help it. My few encounters with new management haven’t all been positive & they aren’t always nice.

    Toilet and sink broken the day I moved in. The exterior such as the stairs and right outside the door were litter with dead insects and dirt.
