April 14, 2026I love this apartment complex, the staff is amazing. Maintenance is very kind as well and gets things done quickly. The lake is a beautiful view to wake up to everyday. Maintenance saves the day
November 6, 2025In my apartment, our dishwasher went out and the dishes started to pile up and the stress of the situation started to build. However, through the skill and knowledge of our maintenance crew, specifically Mike, he quickly and professionally took care of our issue. He was friendly, smart, and a major blessing. Maintenance Staff
November 5, 2025Personally when living in an apartment the maintenance staff is the number one need. When someone breaks or is not working correctly you need them to come to your home and hopefully fix it. We have had air conditioning problems over the course of 3 weeks, Franklin has showed up every time trying his hardest to fix it for us. He always left making sure we were happy and getting the care we needed from the staff. You can put a service request in, when you see Franklin coming in, you know he will ...work his hardest to make sure it’s fixed for you!Property Manager Responded

Family friendly and priced reasonably
April 11, 2025There is not a single thing that we have asked for help with since we’ve moved in, that the staff has not tried to accommodate. The price is reasonable for this area and we will continue to stay because of the care the staff and maintenance put into it. Community events, upkeep, fast maintenance turnaround times. I can tell that they notice when things aren’t working like trash being left out, or amenities being disrespected and they come up with solutions to correct it and keep nice for ...everyone. It’s a nice, quiet area but not far from anything you could want in the Ft Myers area! We love it!Property Manager Responded

October 3, 2024The Good: The office staff is friendly and regularly hosts community events, which adds a nice touch to the living environment. Unfortunately, several issues overshadow these positives. Living Conditions: When moving in, we were disappointed by discrepancies between what was promised and what we received, such as carpet instead of wood floors. The valet trash service is inconsistent, and the property struggles with trash buildup on weekends. Parking is also difficult unless you pay extra for a ...reserved spot. Maintenance & Repairs: We experienced frequent maintenance issues, including repeated A/C breakdowns and problems with appliances that took multiple attempts to fix. We were also charged for repairs related to pre-existing damage, which added frustration. Conclusion: Lexington Palms appears appealing on the surface, but the ongoing maintenance issues, unreliable services, and lack of transparency in billing detract from the overall experience.Property Manager Responded
